Fresh Connect Central provides growers with a single contact and simplified outlet source for any unmarketable products so they don’t go to waste. We can accept rejected loads, as well as second grade, misshapen, or excess product that is safe to eat and has a reasonable shelf life. The best way to make an impact is to offer a straight donation, but we can also negotiate a fee to help cover your costs associated with harvesting and packing the product.

While we try to pay the lowest price possible, we offer a fixed price at the time of sale, which means no more waiting to see what your return will be like when you cosign your product to a third- party wholesaler or broker. We are able to provide donation receipts for growers who are interested in donating (zero cost or a pick, pack out price) product to food banks and nonprofit groups across the nation.

Once we know the food is available, we find a food bank to take this load directly or we will bring it back to our warehouse market it by the pallet for foodbanks or use in production of our prepacked box offerings.

We source year-round, and can accept product that is bulk, cased, or in retail packaging. We can take a few pallets, or full truckloads. You can contact us about product you have available today, or product you will have available months from now. We love to build long-term relationships with growers and plan recurring donations/sales, when possible.
